You sound like you're trying real hard to convince yourself Watso, but it doesn't seem to be working. By the way, I will be getting one of those hare-brained solar PV systems. Not only will it produce greenhouse-gas-free energy from the sun for the electricity grid, it will act as a hedge against rising electricity prices for me. Sorry to see you are opposed to a levelling of the playing field for clean energy initiatives. Buring the bee-jesus out of everything is not very progressive, in my opinion.
Just on Steve Fielding, he will be outta there on July 1st. C-e-l-e-b-r-a-a-a-t-i-o-n! He still believes that global temperatures are falling. Why is it then that 2010 has been the equal hottest year on record? You know, I would have expected a cooler year if global temperatures were falling. (Having said that, we all know you need more then one year and even more than ten years for a climate trend, we all know that, except for our ex-senator of course.) Such a claim defies the data, defies logic and is totally irrational. His election was an anomaly and it will be great to see him out of the parlaiment for good. Please don't ever come back ex-senator Fielding!
