I agree that the takeover is dead, just needs WN to face the music and to announce to the market that the subscription was not enough.
Bit that will take some time is them dissolving the shares that were illegally obtained.
Surely they will attempt to pass them off to a friendly neighbour as they will be worth far more then $6 very very soon.
