understand where you're coming from Shabandri, RXL's MC does not correspond to it's IGV.
However, OVR is significantly further advanced in the mine development process, with final feasibility studies and a JORC upgrade due this year. While OVR does not have a JV partner yet, its largest shareholder is Macquarie, who has first rights for offer of debt finance once the decision to mine is made. Note that most of RXL's resource is Indicated and Inferred, whereas OVR's resource is mostly in the Measured (best) category.
Of course, with Teck on board, we'd all like to see RXL's resource further developed and understood.
