First discussion - My understanding is that people are saying that OXR shareholders didn't get to have a vote on the joining of OXR and Zinifex which which from my memory is true (but if they weren't happy they could have sold there shares and got out altogether).

2nd discussion - The sale of the mines to Minmetals. From my memory (and am happy to be corrected) this was put as a vote and Bigsky was organising a No Campaign and a website etc. This is what I was talking about voting no for. It's late so excuse me if I am having a memeory lapse.
