Geoffrey10. Inept Baaazza Cusack decided to go this way and exclude OXR shareholders from having a vote, it saved a few million dollars doing it this way. Corp. law should be changed not to allow that option to a company.

....well we all know how that worked out (wanted to give the lot including PH for 82.5c), been discussed to death...so won't go into what i think of Cusack, Muchelmoron and "sell-out" Hegarty.

Hopefully Cusack won't destroy BRM shareholders (boys club), as long as everthing is ok, than smooth sailing, if thare is any rough seas ahead....watch out.
