The other comment i want to make is about the options.
They are unlisted. Which means they can not be traded on market to offset the cost of the 3.6c shares.
Which means, the placement flippers, will be trapped until liquidity returns above 3.6c
The options only have value, when the shares are in the money above 54c, and can be converted and sold on market for more. That is also, like a small CR at 54c that drifts in over a longer period as conversions occur.
