Gee,, some homework there, DFL..! Well done! (re TJ) I think he makes some valid points. And the fact that those comments you mention were made before the PSF, DFS trainwreck, gives him a little more credibility.
You CAN change your view if you believe circumstances have changed. In fact it's a given with investing or trading.
"The Trainwreck", (as I now refer to it) I believe, is more than a 'reasonable change of circumstances'. I am mystified as to how they can justify that .. Management or Consultants?, i wonder? I know who I'd put money on. There is no sugar coating it.
The 'hopium', re news just around the corner has been ad-nauseam for the past two or three years. The DFS was the last 'news around the corner'. And the release of that was fun.... or Sorry WILL BE.. maybe ,, I think,, possibly.
I am still here as I have no choice. My trading rules indicated to sell (ordinary shares). But Options going from a couple of cents to zero (no buyers) overnight leaves me no choice but to wait for the maestro to pull a magnificent rabbit out of the hat prior to the end of the month as per long suffering Goldie's crystal ball .. (That would have made a monumental difference to their cashflow.)

Whilst I don't think being as negative as TJ is helpful for anyone, including him, he has reasonable grounds for a gripe.
