You used chapter 11 example which is US law and has nothing to do with HCW or Healthscope as both companies operating under Australian law.......!
History will tell you that when CEO and Chairman removed same time that means there significant financial problems or some sort of scandal comes out and in this case it is financial issue.
i gave huge amount data on what happens if bankruptcy happens or what if it goes under administration before so I can't repeated it but all the current price that you see is only on the basis of something bad going around now guess when that bad do end-up happening then what happens to share price...!
obviously if nothing bad happens then it is all good but time at the moment including company reports says they are monitoring situation which means they acknowledge that there is situation that warrants monitoring ...!!!
