86%, this is what's called the Disease control rate (DCR).
Its not unheard of in oncology.
In fact the first line treatment of this cancer - diffuse large B cell lymphoma has a DCR of about 80-90%
The 2 patients could also progress and get worse, but who knows.
It's good stuff, just trying to keep perspective.
