    Yes, someone sold X amount of shares at 0.016, but that doesn’t mean there wasn’t a buyer waiting at that price. A trade only happens when a buyer and a seller agree on a price. In this case, there was a buy order sitting at 0.016, and a seller decided to offload their shares at that price, filling the single 160k buy order


    I’ve had a buy order with OVT sitting at 0.018 for a couple days before it was eventually filled by a seller hitting that price.


    So just because a trade executes at the bid doesn’t mean there was no demand, it simply means the seller was willing to accept the bid rather than waiting for a higher price.
