This was dealt with in AGM, basically that the patients participating in the trial mostly didn't get much joy from std care. I'm hoping that the details of prior care for each 30 patients is in the detail coming out on Monday. Stage 3 trials will have the proper control, ie. participants randomly selected for std care and R327. And if what we've been told thus far, the poor suckers selected for std care who don't have a resolution after the set assessment period (presumably a fortnight to a month), they get to choose R327 to resolve their problem that presumably was the only outcome for the lucky ones getting R327 initially. I'd be insisting on that if I was participating!
