Fair extra point... and many thanks... agree with you, as its a very Political and vocal sector the opportunity for further change is very likely and will be interesting to see how this plays out... certainly good upside for a couple of years whilst they fill the occupancy of the current centers... long term, the Government has proven during Covid thats its absolutely an essential service... so more to come for sure
