The WKS010 pref shares on the NZ exchange are also in halt - I don't think that has happened in the past. As I read it, the divs on the prefs are not cummulative if they choose not to pay, but the ords can't get a div until 4 qtrly payments to pref holders have occurred.
So a slow path back if they are heading down that route.
