What I am concerned about is continuous and timely disclosure - not to mention unambiguous and correct disclosure

Not necc. "ousting" PB - as sad as it sounds he is the only brain on the team

But you can't string SH along on a series of ann that are not followed up - timeframe is not even remotely adhered too and always have a "let out of jail free" clause

If someone who owes you money told you end of Nov that he'd repay you imminently - would you be upset if he still hadn't done so by end of Jan - just pointing out that he will "imminently" pay you back more ? And on top of that you know he has a spare penthouse or two sitting about - empty with no obvious use?


This is purely about honesty and reliability

Yes - tricky industrie and some things do take time

But don't tell SH crap - that you aren't willing to back up in writing - or even worse - tell them nothing

As I said STI have till close of business Mon to fullfil a lot of their obligations

Let's hope they do so
