I smell Troll... but I'll bite
TIS has been working on venous ulcer treatment first and foremost, but given as Vitrogrow is a product that encourages skin regeneration, it is seen to be likely that it will span across to burns, surgery recovery and general woundcare, once the product is up and running on the ulcer front.
Nothing has been swept under the carpet. It is in the process of landing a commercialisation deal with a major dressing company and final trials in the EU. The product does not require rigorous trialling like drug treatments do as it is listed as a device. And it has been shown to be far far more effective in the treatment of ulcers than the current industry practice. What's not to like?
