Seriously Rob ?
If you have not worked out by now that Jack Lifton is a serious waste of space who has devoted his lifetime to failure in Rare Earths, you really should look at what he has done over the last 20+ years. Even Tim has had more success with Makuutu than Jack has ever had in proving up his pipedreams at Roundtop.
Granted Jack did manage to stooge Gutnick for a while, but once Diamond Joe realised that Roundtop was a scam he showed Lifton the door in quick time.
Beware, unless you are more selective in your sources, you will next be quoting that other X-spurt Eccleston.
