Weekly Review Li Stocks - 14th Feb 2025

Here is the weekly review figures and charts that I do every week. It is useful only for those interested in trading or those who hold multiple shares and based on performance would like to keep re-balancing as we go. I do hold a number of Li stocks and like to trade. This is the reason I include a number of Li Stocks in my analysis.
I also have performances of Li stocks for 2024 and 2023 - for those interested in looking at longer term view.

Please note:
This is no reflection of all AU Li stocks as I have only included those that I am interested. In my list are shares that I hold, held before or planning to buy in near future.Since this is my list, I may have missed some good stocks. The averages are simple averages and not weighted averages. So the average don't reflect AU Li average. This is just for my tracking and analysis. I have both ASX and US stocks in two separate figures.

And no respite yet for SYA. Dropped from 2.5 to 2.2 for the week, played at 52 week low of 2.1 couple of days. So we wait.

Major price action indicators though are not bad -

ALB - Gain of 5% for the week, moved from 77.37 to 81.21

Ganfeng - Gain of around 2.5% from the week - moved from 35.10 to 36.01

PLS/LTR - Loss of around 3% for the week

Spot Price - Down slightly for the week

So what do these numbers say? Chinese play is positive. ALB has dodged a bullet coming close to its 52 week low but now over 80, a psychological number. rest of the players very indecisive at this stage. This can lead to slight decline, which we say in most ASX Li play this week.

So what may happen next week? If the way Chinese Li stocks are playing, and ALB recovering, if it continues for another week the danger of making fresh lows would have been averted. So lets hope it plays out that way.
