@kenjikool, I can understand why you and other holders would be frustrated with your inability to trade Purifloh in the last two years.

It seems that chairman and major shareholder Carl le Souef had a strategy - to take PO3 private and run it as a subsdidiary of Dilato Holdings.

Why else would directors continuously flout ASX governance and reporting rules?

And why would the ASX grant an extension when signs point to PO3 wanting to be delisted all along?

After all, delisted entities escape listing fees, quarterly reporting obligations and the onerous need to hold annual meetings.

Another question: Will Carl le Souef issue an early statement outlining plans for the delisted entity...and ways locked-in holders might trade shares off-market?
