Is this the precursory announcement to another bigger announcement regarding Mt Gibson permitting?
We haven't been at $4.39 since June so I presume the consultant in question has just recently satisfied whatever the prerequisites of payment were..?
In any case they will be happy with the improved terms of payment which has occurred involuntarily in the meantime.
