In a Phase 1/2a trial conducted by Precision BioSciences, azer-cel had below outcomes

among 61 evaluable patients with relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma:
Overall Response Rate : 58%
Complete Response : 41%

Interesting bit is 18 patients who had relapsed after autologous CAR T-cell therapy, the results were:
ORR: 83%
CR: 61%

I believe those 18 patients results is where the niche market is, even is Imugene targets this market which is approximately 30% to 60% of patients experience relapse after initial CAR T-cell therapy for B-cell lymphomas, Assuming a conservative estimate where azer-cel is administered to a fraction of the eligible relapsed patients globally, the revenue could be substantial. For instance, treating 1,000 patients at an average cost of $400,000 per therapy would result in $400 million in revenue, this is just the relapsed cases and hopefully Imugene or the Bp which acquires this will not charge $400,000 per therapy and this can be used universally, the difference b/w precisions tests and IMU tests are the addition of IL-2 which is game changer for Cohort B the ORR: 67% and this will increase, I believe the success on relapsed cases is done deal.. and with other drugs in pipeline, things are looking way too good for IMU this year, hopefully we are well funded and PH will not look to sell this out cheaply.. I thing patience will be rewarded with life changing opportunity for both investors and patients
