Yep, sadly it has had a downturn of late, but im sure in time when data has been finalised and posted, there will be a large amount of enthusiasm.
And I'm with you, I hope we dont need it, but I will vote for it if theres no news preceeding, if theres news and we have a good boost in the SP and dont need it, I will vote against it.
