Happy to be corrected here, but it seems to me that if you have not accepted the Offer already, you might as well sell on-mkt.
The only reason one might have accepted the Off-mkt Offer was because of the possibility (albeit very remote) that another bidder may have made a bid.
That remote possibility has clearly gone now.
So same consideration of $1.20 either on-mkt or off-mkt.
So if you sell on-mkt (and it goes to FMG because they are the top buyer at $1.20) then you get paid the consideration on normal mkt terms - ie 3 business days?
If you sell into Offer you get paid 5-7 business days.
Of course if sell into Offer, you pay no brokerage! Horses for courses.
Brokerage seems to be the only issue?
