They're not flowing through. Debt increased and they incurred another round of "once off" restructuring costs. This is the literal definition of stringing you along. Oh, think of the flow on effects of all these restructuring savings. Nevermind, that we just use those savings to pay for more restructuring. We promise it's just a once off... Little kids fall for this type of talk. I would expect adults to be a bit more savvy.
