I would have expected the Market Cap to increase considering the scoping study used $18,000 for the tonnage for Tin and today it is pushing $28,000, I know the stuff is still in the ground but thats a huge discount.
All suggestions by the company are that they are confident of a significant resource increase this year.
I get a NPV, using 10% discount of $236m,they plan to raise a further $65m in equity to fund the capital cost, current market cap $110m.
When is the market going to realise how undervalued this stock is, am I missing something here?
Is Tasmania sinking?
