things change… in this case imho this “CR” was able to raise $2mil but at what cost? It’s killed the momentum, it’s killed the SP and the issue of options has killed the near term movement as it adds to market cap drag.
10.5c was a target prior to this (in my opinion) a crap capital raise structure.
