I bought my first small parcel in 2022 after some research indicated the potential. It dipped lower after that and I averaged down and have held since then. I am in for the long term as an SMSF holder. It has certainly proved to be a growth story to date and that is what the research indicated. I cannot see too much in the way of high dividends while it is still growing. Once the growth story ends there should be plenty of scope for dividend returns.
