im wondering if the funds have it on buy when it drops to 18c as recently, as i didnt notice bot trading when it was higher last week. Seems the price is being controlled by someone. With bots buying at the offer price and all significant holders not reporting decreases in holdings one can only assume someone is still accumulating. Who knows if it will hit 17again, whoever is pulling the levers will decide i guess, like they did last week when it was pushed down to 17.5 for the large cross trade.
