Totally agree. The guys appear to be extremely personable and come across as authentic so this should definitely work in their favour with regard to negotiating with the landowner for land access.
i don’t mind them attending the odd conference but I think both you and I witnessed an extensive amount of conference attendance at luxury destinations with a previous company we both held shares in with absolutely nothing to show for it - at least not for shareholders anyway.
