my theory

The thing I hate about private placements is not the price but the
lack of news that ALWAYS follows the closing. The insiders always
take part in a big chunk of the pp as the shares are always cheap and
always have options. Its the options they want. The company needs to
get money, and as much as I hate seeing the rich get richer, it is better than
going bankrupt. The thing here is that they have to hold their shares for
four months (on the TSX) so if this is the same for the ASX then these
guys can't sell their shares until April 14th. (write that date down)
So why would they pump Bannerman when they cannot sell their shares.
Its to early and THEY (insiders) do not think the time is right yet. It ALWAYS
works this way.I trade based on this theory alone and it has made me allot of money.
Rumor has it that Bannerman has started drilling. If so (why they have not told their
share holders baffles me) when do you think we should be getting our first results.
You got it ! April 14th - Just when the people in the PP can sell their shares.
So if my theory is right we should start seeing a run up starting mid March.
This is my opinion as to whe we will get max. value from Bannerman.
Lets see if I am right. When it comes to greed I usually dead on.
