I dont see why it's a good long term hold. Personally I have dumped the landline and just use mobile and Internet along with foxtel. With nbn and skype and future innovation I just don't see how Tls can compete. They have done poorly to date. Unfortunately I still have sOme in a portfolio. Decent dividend. They just don't have what it takes and don't have available resources to "make it happen". A decent trading stock as fundies are forced to hold.
