Today will be another amazing day for us - I am grateful to be a shareholder for this company creating wealth for us!
My current base valuation for LRV is $2.39 a share, upside of 273% from last traded price of .875 a share.I have used the Northern Star acquisition of DEG as a comparable valuation basis. Northern Star is paying A$5bn to DEG to acquire 13.6m gold resource valued at A$61bn with an in situ value. This price of A$5b = 8% of DEG in situ gold value.
If we apply the 8% to LRV gold and antimony in situ value of A$12bn, this gives a value of A$976m = $2.36 per LRV share.For this base value, I have ignored the LRV asset value and future cashflows. This is why I call this a BASE value RIGHT NOW and there is potential for further share price appreciation.
If all go to plan, I think end of FY25 we should see a share price north of $3 a share.
