I agree that this is now "hostile" accumulation. I believe it has been through several entities as not to trigger a "notice ".
What it means, I don't know. Voting rites, inserting a board member... and to what end? Riding the train or shutting it down?
Nearly every other ED provider is set to lose income when Spontan hits the market. Include a bit of FDA and TGA corruption and pay off's.
I am a bit lucky. I can still sell with a tiny profit. It does annoy me that it has been a wasted year averaging up. That little profit still gets slapped with cgt.
This situation is now shit.
