a CR will probably come in at discount...
they have got about 200m shares.
they might then do something like 100m @ $20 which would reduce debt by $2bn
and reduce existing shareholders stake in the company by about a third, I guess. not sure how you'd work it out.
But in any case might be worth waiting around for the CR ...
who knows they might do an SPP - $15,000 @ say $20 a share
