    Have received a reply from Eagle regarding the listing and capital raising status, as follows..
    "The process to get listed onto a TIER 1 exchange such as the Nasdaq and NYSE isn’t a quick process. This is a standard timeline to get listed, as for the investment capital the company has strong demand on its book right now and will be closing upwards of $10m."
    The future is looking brighter(not withstanding the current SP). IMO
