Look what happened to C1X's sp. After a couple of exploration updates and lower lithium prices, the sp dropped sharply in late 2023 - by much more than MNB.
Then 5 months ago, the price better than doubled on news of some buying by a substantial holder. Not exactly the news that changes anything fundamentally. Similarly, four months ago MNB more than doubled on news which was fundamentally significant, including the SWF investment at an 8c equivalent price. Both stocks then drifted back towards previous lows.
Anyone that decided to then sell C1X near 3c just missed a move from 3c to 12c. A quadrupling in sp in just 6 weeks.
If you convinced anyone to sell at much higher prices, we can say you did them a favour. The problem is that you step up your down ramping much more aggressively when the sp is weakest and back off substantially as the sp is rallying hard. No one knew when the sp reached 9c whether it would keep going or not. It was a sharp rally but if offtake news followed at that time, the sp would have kept rising. Instead a cr and a lack of follow up news has seen the sp pull back into the BUY zone, not a sell zone.
You are doing no one any favours if you manage to scare them into selling at the lows. Then again, you are clearly not doing this to do anyone else any favours.
MNB is back in the buy zone, just above the long term down trend line that was broken and the sp has remained above since.
As for "no body knowing what is going on behind the scenes", we do know what's going on. The company has said that they received the SWF cash which has allowed the start of construction. They have progressed both loans to the point where the IDC is waiting on off take PC to finalise and Bank BAI is waiting on the govt guaranty. We also know that they are in talks with potential export clients in South Africa, South America and China.
Getting one offtake from any of those will probably suffice to free up the loans and allow Minbos to complete construction.
