Yes, Coby has clearly and continually indicated things take time.
He has also clearly indicated the company has been in discussions/evaluations for long periods of time already (including some for years) with a number of the top 10 fabs and IDMs and end use customers.
So, there is a chance a new commercial deal could be announced at any time, possibly very soon, possibly in some time....your guess is nearly as good as my guess
