    I think his comments are quite telling, apart from the clearing, providing access roads and surveying, Lindsay makes the specific comment “Mobilisation Done” That is the milestone that had to be reached for Tranche 2 of the SWF funding to be provided.


    The pics seem to show them not being far away from pouring the slab, with the Reo nearly ready to be put in place.
