Yes, some recent sellers are just holding their options which is a free risk carry. If the price is not above 6.75c at time, they will let them lapse, if in the money they will convert. Not a big fan of options with CR for this reason.

Your comments about Kevin are wrong. Kevin's main love is on the tools, problem solving. He took the CEO role so he could fix MC his way, which he has been successful able to do (given lots of challenges)& SALORO.
His intention was to always step out of the CEO role when the company was big enough & move to Chief Technical Officer. He hasn't been booted by the board. He is still heavily committed to EQR and its future path.
