I can't see that re-rating happens like this this morning. If some investors would be 'de-risking' then wouldn't it be smarter to feed sales order 'carefully'?
Why would one start to sell at a11% discount from the from the previous day immediately? This looks more like a panic move, than carefully re-evaluating the risk of the money employed.
