ATM led up the garden path, page-3

Yeah I was the same, happy to admit I was wrong, pretty bad optics what they have done with the ATM facility, but it is still in place and can be used, so that will still be hanging over us after this raise. But yes AF has been stringing everyone along for a long time now, should be a lot further along with revenue than what we are. I don't really get this raise as it will only raise $12.5 million (although they can accept over subscriptions) which won't last very long seems like letting brokers in before something gains traction as the money wont last long at all or are things not as rosy as they have been saying? Wonder if this is why they haven't used the ATM to let the brokers in instead of using the ATM facility to keep them out? So many holders have been burnt by the previous raise that was around the 8th of may at approx. 91 cents, shareholder destruction of nearly 50%. Seems it is all tied to VA deals, and this is even dicey now with what is happening in the states. I guess the one good thing is, people that sold out befoe this announcement dont get the free attaching options, but the low strike price sends a bad signal to the market in my opinion.
