Does anyone understand why there always seems to be a buy and sell order a few cents below and above the current share price, these orders seem to move as the share price moves up or down. My guess is it is used as a tactic to try and stabilise the share price.
I'm new to CHN on hot copper so my apologies if this question has been asked before.
