Wow, probably best outcome to pull the pin. The sunk cost fallacy had dawned over the company for quite some time now. Neil put everything into Mongolia since the mid to late 2000s. He's hit many targets and accomplishments so he should be commended greatly. For me I said it at the time and was my final sell point, even though gas might be there, it all changed for EXR when the global political scene radically shifted in Ukraine and Russia started offloading their gas to China rather than Europe. I'd say even ties and relationships are now all gone as locals potentially have shifted their allegiances internally towards the north and focusing on a new projects. Even though gas could flow west again soon the damage has been done.
Considering assets are halved plus any control over them, market cap at $43mil is still way too high. I'd consider re-entering around .5 - 1c, debt free, ready to chase some good old Aussie CSG. Wish you all the best.
