Barely an announcement in two years saw the SP crash from 5c + to well under a cent. So of course there will be dilution now.
Given there are 2billion SOI now, they should sell a copper asset Peru/Parag and then let a major player such as a Newmont/Pan America do the heavy lifting for one. From all readings.. the grade is very attractive.
Copper or any mineral is only a buzz word until it is produced out of the ground. And the market sure aren't going to wait 3-5 years for that to happen. A bigger player could get things moving much faster.
This will allow them to focus on ONE project such as the recent Antimony acquisition and get into production. Those companies that start generating cashflow in a hot market have the best chance of survival imo.
They also have a 25million dollar facility to tap into for mining. plant or 100 % buy out if required.
Thats where i would focus.
How quickly they can do this is another question... but at least have a foot in the door.
