    Do you think that CLE didn’t cover the timeline when Vale signed up?

    The terms of the partnership is a legal document which contains the FULL details of the responsibilities of both parties.

    What we read in the ASX announcement is only a very broad summary of the partnership.

    In any case, if you have a concern about any detail of the partnership, why not call the company and have it clarified, rather than have it fester on a chat site?
