If you're talking about purely quantifiable value, probably overvalued. If you're applying that same logic to ALL speccy's then I'm certain you'd find the vast majority of them are overvalued. The whole point is that they're speculative and people are gambling and banking on a good outcome.
It's a good sign that there is so much activity in the Taroom Trough, lots of companys are spending big dollars there pursuing their ventures.
