possible future competition as CoStar want to take over Domain so to offer cheaper access and more competition in sector - possible threat to REA?
overseas experience has provides case evidence that this tactic is unlikely to succed.
Say you're selling your house for the medium in Sydney 1.6 million and someone said you can save a little bit of money using domain, would you risk it? No way!
