I think they are trying to raise to be compliant with the ASX, then they will report as per standard and it will be bad news. This is not to try to continue the company trading in my opinion, this is to try to wind it up legally.
They have not to my understanding reported accurately and fairly in the financial reports. How many times have they used "NA" for number of quarters of funding?
