Dapper, understand your broader concerns, but MAK has said that Asian interest is strong and is being reflected via due diligence. If we do get funding, we should find out within 6 months i guess according to the timeline.

At some point we should come to know who the relevant parties are, but what limited info we have at hand suggests it is some big players...sovereign funds, etc, hence why there is a need to maintain some levels of confidentiality.

Yes if MAK get funding, there will be dilution, but getting this project off the ground, with solid backing is clearly more positive assuming that the deal is done on reasonable terms.
