BSA is a corpse walking without the NBN contract, if they hadn't already paid off the $8m of debt they'd probably still be suspended while negotiating with lenders.
It's going to a tight balancing act the manage the cashflow coming in & restructuring the business assuming what they end up having left can support a business going forward.
If it was me I'd be utilising the tax loss for this year's tax return & moving on.
