    I'm holding out on purchasing PTN until it is successful with purchase of MAT as I believe combining the two companies assets would be transformational and present an incredibly compelling asset base when included with cash on hand.

    Some commenters have noted problems with Delphi's majority shareholding, can someone elucidate for me why this is a problem for PTN going forward?
